Shipping & Returns

As all of our products are hand-made by us, please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive. This window gives us more than enough time to make and ship your order but leaves some wiggle room for COVID-19 or weather-related problems.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class to send within the UK, and Royal Mail Tracked International to send to everywhere else for one equalised charge.
Returns & Refunds
We offer returns on our pre-made items when you tell us about an issue within 14 days since delivery date.
We cannot offer a return if the item has visible signs of wear/use (including tears, holes and stains).
If your item arrived damaged, and we can't provide evidence that it wasn't damaged at the time of shipping, we can offer you a replacement item around the same price, a refund or a fix. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Made-to-order items using specific measurements can unfortunately only be repaired, as we wouldn't be able to re-sell them. However, a regular return will be accessible to you if the item is a standard size such as M or XXXL.
If you would like a refund, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to confirm your eligibility. We will provide the relevant returns details via email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item.
As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email. Once this has been checked and confirmed to be unused, your refund, exchange or fix will be processed within 3-5 working days.
